Comprehensive Eye Exam

Your comprehensive eye examination consists of several stages. First, Dr. Kemp will have a conversation with you to establish any concerns or visual difficulties you may be experiencing. This is an ideal time to communicate specific concerns you may have such as eyestrain related to computer use, blurred vision, or dry eyes. This will be followed by a series of tests specifically designed to focus on establishing the reasons behind your vision problems and evaluating possible solutions.

As well as evaluating your eyesight, Dr. Kemp will also evaluate the health of your eye using conventional means such as ophthalmoscopy (looking in your eye) as well as a number of imaging techniques when indicated, such as fundus photography and Ocular Coherence Tomography (OCT).

The Comprehensive Eye Examination concludes with Dr. Kemp evaluating all test results and discussing a treatment plan with you.
